銀行業危機蔓延，謹慎情緒主導匯市走勢
在瑞銀集團(UBS)達成協議收購瑞士信貸、且全球主要央行聯手安撫市場後，銀行業危機的風險仍令投資者感到不安，繼續追捧避險資產。根據收購交易，瑞士信貸170億美元額外一級(AT1)債券將減記為零，這激怒了一些債券持有人，他們原本認為自己會比股東得到更好的保護，這也讓其他銀行AT1債券的投資者感到不安。隨著亞洲銀行股周一的跌勢蔓延到歐洲，美元下跌，日圓則因避險買盤所追捧而顯著走高，澳元、紐元則見承壓。美國聯邦儲備理事會(FED)周日表示，已與加拿大銀行、英國央行、日本央行、歐洲央行和瑞士央行聯合採取協調行動，增強市場流動性，但亦未能平息市場的不安情緒。本周市場的一大焦點是周三晚的美聯儲利率決議，美國聯邦基金利率目前為4.5%-4.75%，根據芝商所(CME)的FedWatch工具，金融市場認為美聯儲本周加息25個基點的可能性約為70%。
歐元兌美元走勢，技術圖表所見，10天平均線上破25天平均線形成黃金交叉，是一個頗為重要的上揚技術訊號，再加上MACD指標亦已上破訊號線，預料歐元兌美元將很大機會接續上揚。倘若以2月2日高位1.1033起始的累計跌幅計算，38.2%的回升水準為1.0730，進一步擴展至50%及61.8%的幅度則分別見於1.0780及1.0840水平。中線重要阻力參考為1.10關口以至1.12水準。下方支持回看100天平均線1.0570及1.05關口，其後參考250天平均線1.04。
